Standard teeth production
Our moulds are producing standard teeth. Standard teeth means; if a mould is producing 5 copies of same set, all 5 sets are same each other with the tolerance of 0.005 mm. High quality teeth production achieved by new generation teeth moulds..

Properties of Our New Generation Teeth Mould

Thin Burr

Our engineers have achieved a revolutionary success in teeth-mould production technology. We design moulds on the computer and mill with world’s most precise CNC milling-machines. These high precision moulds enable our customers manufacture teeth with very thin burr. Costly hand- finishing may not be necessary anymore.

Long Life

Moulds are made from single block steel and delivered at 52 HRC hardness. In comparison with electroform moulds, we offer to work with higher press pressures. Furthermore, we are able to mill any kind of steel accourding to our customers’s requirements.

Standart Teeth Form

Since all sets on the mould are copied on the computer, they all have exactly the same shape.

Clear Typing

Letters and numbers that shows model of the tooth are very clear on the mould since they are milled also on CNC machine.

Fault Correction

During the design phase, probable faults on master teeth (e.g. hand-finishing faults) are corrected on the computer.

Re-Producibility

We store all the design data on the computer. Hence it is possible to re-produce copy of a mould or a part of mould with the same precision even several years later.

Perfect Layers

Dentine and neck layers are designed on the computer accourding to our customers’ directions. By this way, the faults that may occur during preparing hand-made layers are eliminated.

Excellent Details

Our high end quality laser scanning system enable us to capture any detaiil on the master tooth surface. If required by our customers, we can even add some new movements onto the tooth surface

Sharp Edges

Our incomparable design technique allows us to produce highly sharp edges throughtout the entire equator line of each tooth. This is a key feature allowing to remove the burr with high precision from the equator line.
